Dieselwin Document Upload: Format and Size Rules
Submitting documents for verification is a standard security procedure at online casinos. This guide provides a clear, step-by-step walkthrough of the document upload process specifically at Dieselwin casino, detailing the required formats, sizes, and what to expect to ensure a smooth verification experience.
Why Dieselwin Requires Document Verification
Like all licensed and reputable online gaming platforms, Dieselwin must verify the identity of its players. This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC), is a legal requirement to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You will typically be asked to upload documents when making your first withdrawal request. Completing this process promptly ensures there are no delays in receiving your winnings and is often a prerequisite for claiming any Dieselwin bonus.
Accepted Document Types and Formats
Dieselwin requires clear, color copies of specific documents. All files must be in a commonly accepted digital format. Below is a table outlining the primary documents needed, their purpose, and the acceptable file types you can upload.
| Document Purpose | Examples | Accepted Formats |
|---|---|---|
| Proof of Identity (POI) | Passport, Driver’s License, National ID Card | JPG, PNG, PDF (max 5MB) |
| Proof of Address (POA) | Utility bill, Bank statement, Tax document (not older than 3 months) | JPG, PNG, PDF (max 5MB) |
| Proof of Payment Method | Front of credit card (with middle digits hidden), e-wallet screenshot | JPG, PNG (max 5MB) |
Step-by-Step Upload Procedure
Uploading your documents to Dieselwin is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to ensure your submission is correct on the first attempt.
- Log into your Dieselwin account.
- Navigate to the ‘My Account’ or ‘Verification’ section. This is often found in your account profile settings.
- You will see prompts to upload files for Proof of Identity and Proof of Address. Click the ‘Upload’ button for each category.
- Select the correct file from your computer or mobile device. Ensure the image is clear and all four corners of the document are visible.
- Submit the files for review. You will typically receive a confirmation message that your documents have been received.
After submission, the verification team will review your documents. This process usually takes between 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a notification via email or in your account inbox once the verification is complete.
Common Problems and Troubleshooting
Players occasionally encounter issues during the upload process. Here are the most common problems and how to resolve them:
- File Too Large: If your file exceeds the 5MB limit, use a free online tool to compress the image without significantly losing quality before uploading again.
- Blurry or Unreadable Image: Ensure you take the picture in a well-lit environment and that the document is flat and fully in frame. Avoid glare from camera flashes.
- Wrong Document Type: A mobile phone bill is often not accepted for Proof of Address. Use a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence instead.
- Pending Verification: If it has been more than 48 hours, do not resubmit the same documents. Instead, contact Dieselwin’s customer support directly for a status update.
How Verification Affects Bonuses and Withdrawals
Successfully completing the KYC process is crucial for accessing the full functionality of your account. Until you are verified, your withdrawal requests will be put on hold. Furthermore, many promotional offers, including a Dieselwin no deposit offer or Dieselwin free spins, may have terms and conditions that require a verified account before any winnings can be withdrawn. Always check the specific terms associated with a Dieselwin promo code to understand these requirements. The entire process is designed to protect both you and the platform, ensuring a secure gaming environment for everyone at Dieselwin.
